北京九州世初知识产权鉴定中心是行政执法机关、司法机关授权指定的从事知识产权技术法律鉴定的机构。
本中心主要针对诉讼前及案件诉讼程序中涉及的技术、法律问题，特别是专利案件中涉及的较为复杂的技术问题，由具有丰富知识产权工作经验的技术领域的离退休专家、知识产权的审查人员、司法人员及法学专家，学者组成的专家委员会进行评析、出具鉴定报告。
本中心自99年10月成立今，已为法院、检察院、公安机关、知识产权局、海关、工商行政管理机关出具鉴定报告6760份。此外，还为中外企业、港台企业、国营企业、民营
